Its poor for many reasons. The Maintenance dept. Does not know anything about maintaining apartments. They hire 3rd parties to Solve problems. And they even dont know what to do but make it worse. Had a broken plumbing in the sink for awhile. It started to leak down to the neighbor below. And the Maintenance said it was cause by the bathroom. They were there 3 times saying this. The whole time it was the sink just like we told them. Also the apartment is sinking and they are not doing anything ...

about it. All the doors are hard to open. Then there is neighbors who start trouble if they don't like you. Especially H6 & H11 ... If you do decide to live there. Dont move in the H building. Worse apartment building ever
