Low rent, quiet area
August 11, 2023I lived there for a year, and I really enjoyed the low rent and the office manager Esmeralda’s kindness and communication any time I needed maintenance done. The maintenance team is awesome with an exception to the old man in charge. He was a nightmare every time our paths crossed. Other than him, our electricity never went out, A/C never failed, and my neighbors were friendly. If I were by myself, I’d love there again.Review from Apartments.com

January 19, 2020Worst management ever. Walk in your apartment every other day without notice. Don’t fix any repairs. Mold everywhere. Kick you out for no reason.Property Manager Responded
