Good place overall
February 12, 2025I think overall the place is great. Apartments usually have all appliances including microwave and maintenance is pretty responsive and act fast especially if it’s emergency. The place is also safe. I think the main downside is that the lobby is open for only certain periods which usually doesn’t involve weekends, so if you ever have any guests and need some space, you won’t be able to find that here.Property Manager Responded

Good for what it costs.
September 17, 2024In terms of quality you are getting what you pay for. I was in a 3 bedroom apartment with pinewood for 2 years and we had a ROUGH start, that landlord has since left and we under new management there has been a drastic change in scenery & upkeep! Jennifer has done an amazing job with communicating with her community, doing more for her residents & overall helping pinewood. I will say I’ve been just “okay” with my stay here during pinewood but it’s mainly because of affordability, not so much the ...apartments themselves that make me stay.Property Manager Responded

Great value-nice community

A Nice Option
June 26, 2023I am very happy I decided to rent here. The apartment is a nice size and has a good layout. The rent is comparable, and even cheaper than some smaller units I toured at other places. The process from application to lease ran fairly smoothly. Dakota is a rockstar. I enjoyed her friendly, demeanor and knowledgeable professionalism.
