October 21, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comHalf the people in my building have to park at the leasing office because they don’t provide enough parking. Apparently they see no issue with that, especially for the people with infants and their car seats that they have to carry through the snow from the leasing office to their building. So if you want a building with no parking then definitely apply here. Oh and they also NEVER answer the phone so good luck with that!

The size of the bedrooms and the apartment in general is great. We have our own washer and dryer and it makes my life as a mother so much more simple. This neighborhood is very friendly and the new management and maintenance is wonderful too. Definitely worth the price.

Parking at first was a bit hectic at first but they made changes and now parking is a lot better now. Our neighbors are nice and it is a quiet place for families to live in. I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking to renting a new place.

The layout of the apartments and location are on point. We are just outside of the normal flight paths, so noise from air traffic is very low. I had a list of must haves, from single entry, washer and dryer, central air and option for carport, and Pinewoods checked all of the boxes. The fountains have been repaired and the lights are on from night to ...morning. Kandie has listened to our concerns and has been a steady voice in talking with the property owners. I see improvements being made regularly. As with any community we have to speak up to make things better.Read More

Parking was a bit frustrating the first year but the staff did the best they could do to accommodate us. With the new adjustment to the parking coming and going is now a breeze. I love the Balconies, washing and drying inside the unit , single entry, dishwasher and safe environment. I’m sold !!!!!!! P.s The employees in the leasing office are only human take it easy people .

Granted that it’s right next to an airport, it’s still pretty quiet in my opinion. Compared to when I first moved in this July, Pinewoods is making lots of changes (good ones) inside the apartments and out. Not sure if it’s the same for lower levels, but I love the high ceilings in the living room. I do wish that signing up for a car-port wasn’t a permanent deal, ...as that rule didn’t seem very obvious in the agreement and the port isn’t really near my door; but hey, I should’ve asked questions so that’s my fault. Overall, I really enjoy this place, especially having laundry machines in the unit. And it’s spacious for everyone, including fur babies. (:Read More
