Half the people in my building have to park at the leasing office because they don’t provide enough parking. Apparently they see no issue with that, especially for the people with infants and their car seats that they have to carry through the snow from the leasing office to their building. So if you want a building with no parking then definitely apply here. Oh and they also NEVER answer the phone so good luck with that!

These apartments are very spacious. I lived here after my divorce 8 years ago and moved into a house but moved right back after a few years. The size of the bedrooms and the apartment in general is great. We have our own washer and dryer and it makes my life as a mother so much more simple. This neighborhood is very friendly and the new management and maintenance is wonderful too. Definitely worth the price.

I have been here a little over a year and I really enjoy our 3 bd, 2 bath spacious apartment with high ceilings. The community is quiet and the pool and gym is amazing. Parking can be challenging but not a deal breaker.

We started living here almost 2 years ago. They put in new floors and a stove for us. We have no problems in our apartment so far. Parking at first was a bit hectic at first but they made changes and now parking is a lot better now. Our neighbors are nice and it is a quiet place for families to live in. I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking to renting a new place.

I’ve lived here 3 years and looked at over a dozen apartments before saying YES to Pinewoods. Parking was challenging but is better now. The layout of the apartments and location are on point. We are just outside of the normal flight paths, so noise from air traffic is very low. I had a list of must haves, from single entry, washer and dryer, central air and option for carport, and Pinewoods checked all of the boxes. This is one of the better deals in the area. The washing machine and dryer are full size. Plus fitness center, garage and pool its the best value in the area and the property manager Kandie is awesome! She takes care of her residents concerns!

I love it here this is my second year here with minimal issues. Parking was a bit frustrating the first year but the staff did the best they could do to accommodate us. With the new adjustment to the parking coming and going is now a breeze. I love the Balconies, washing and drying inside the unit , single entry, dishwasher and safe environment. I’m sold !!!!!!!
P.s The employees in the leasing office are only human take it easy people .

I love that the backyard has 2 fountains, so no matter which building you reside in you can always see/hear it, which is very peaceful. Granted that it’s right next to an airport, it’s still pretty quiet in my opinion. Compared to when I first moved in this July, Pinewoods is making lots of changes (good ones) inside the apartments and out. Not sure if it’s the same for lower levels, but I love the high ceilings in the living room. I do wish that signing up for a car-port wasn’t a permanent deal, ...
as that rule didn’t seem very obvious in the agreement and the port isn’t really near my door; but hey, I should’ve asked questions so that’s my fault. Overall, I really enjoy this place, especially having laundry machines in the unit. And it’s spacious for everyone, including fur babies. (:
