July 24, 2025The comfort continues as I approach my 5th year here in a few months. I enjoy this apt for many reasons, from viewing the mountains from my bedroom window to being worry free because of the excellent maintenance and management of the property, For me the icing on the cake as it were is the ability to access all of my needs within walking distance as being retired negates the need for transportation..Property Manager Responded

June 27, 2025Maintenance is or was exquisite and on time. Management has been wonderful to work with. But parking is a disaster parking a building away and not getting an option to rent a garage at the bottom of my stairs is an inconvenience with babies or groceries etc. yall can do a better job with assigned parking and garage assignments. Other than parking inconveniences I would rate it 5 stars.Property Manager Responded
