untrustworthy
January 15, 2020People wont work with you. They say they want transparency yet they do the opposite. They will kick you out and make it hard for you to fond another place to live. Quality living
August 8, 2018My wife and I have been tenants here for over two years and just recently signed our renewal. The apartment is wonderful. Its spacious and comfortable and the price is right compared to other complexes in the area. Above all is the phenomenal management and staff here. Rachel is one of the most attentive managers I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She bends over backwards to insure tenants are happy and that everything is well maintained. The office staff, Jessica, Ashley and Mckayla ...are right on top of things. They always greet you with a smile and a sunny attitude. They make sure repair orders are put in immediately, and all of our needs are met ASAP. The maintenance team are all phenomenal and Jason (the head guy) makes sure his team has all they need to meet our needs. They always greet you with a smile and are happy to do all that they have to, in order to make sure everything is in great working order, no matter how dirty the job or how late they have to stay to get it done. Pinnacle Mountain View stands for quality and service all the way around. I can happily say that the people here are one of the main reasons we renewed. We love them all for so many reasons. Above everthing they make you feel like family and go out of their way to show how much the tenants are appreciated. If i had to give one complaint, the only thing I could come up with is the shortage of cookies in the office (lol) . Amazing place to live!!
January 31, 2018I love the location of my apartment. I’m only 5 minutes from Hill Air Force Base. We have so many places to shop and eat around town. I love that they are dog friendly. August 10, 2015Overall we've had pretty positive experiences here, it's very quiet and our view from the third floor is pretty killer. July 25, 2015I have lived at Pinnacle Mountain View Apartments for a little over two year and the word "apartments" should be changed to read "HOME". The ladies in the office are my sisters and daughters...the maintenance team are my brothers. This is a great family complex. The family diversity is another great asset here. When I first moved in, I thought this place was about fives years old and it turned out that PMV is fifteen years old. Well maintained!!! Activities are structured to make everyone blend ...together. Oh my,Lions and Tigers and Bears, are welcome or what ever your pet my be. This complex should be labeled as the center of the universe, or at least mine!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
