About Pinnacle Pointe Apartments
Brand new Luxury Living. Integral parking on the first floor. Enter the garage through the auto opening garage door activated by the tag reader or use your fob at the pedestal reader. Ride the elevator or take one of the two staircases to your apartment on one of the three upper floors. The pedestrian entrances have video intercoms so that you can see who is visiting you via your telephone app or let yourself in using your fob. You can also set up temporary expiring codes for delivery people and visitors. Anytime that the video intercom is used for entry, a video and time stamp is retained for security purposes. Feel safe in your home. The apartments are a spacious 1200 square feet, approximately, comprised of two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen/living area. Each bedroom has a walk-in closet, plus you have a coat closet, linen closet and a laundry closet with a washer and dryer. You have a spacious balcony that is 5.5 ft wide and 14 ft long, giving you an ample outdoor area to enjoy the fresh air and views. The kitchen is spacious with over a 12 ft run of base and wall cabinets and a nearly 10 ft island, which can accommodate 4 seats. It is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a microwave and dishwasher. The tenant pays for electric. There is no gas and the land lord pays for water, sewage and garbage. Walls are EXTREMELY thin
January 5, 2024You've been warned. Pretty pictures and a nice description is not enough. Don't waste your hard earned money if you value your privacy.Property Manager Responded
August 19, 2024This looks like a duplicate review from someone with access to 2 apartments.com accounts. This would be the first we are hearing about the thin walls. The building consists of sound deadening materials in the walls and floors to prevent any noise from coming out of the apartments. Out of the 48 Units and over 100 tenants, we received no feedback or complaints pertaining to noise or sounds coming from the walls. We would appreciate more feedback in which unit you are/were staying in, so we can look deeper into the issue that seems to be isolated to that unit.
