New Management is Great -5 year resident
July 29, 2020We have lived here for 5 years and a few years ago the management company changed and for the better. The previous property agent, Rikki, was great but the management was not. However, since the change things have gotten so much better. The management is really great with addressing issues professionally and quickly, especially emergency issues. There are sprinklers in the apartments, which adds another layer of safety. The property is quiet, well taken care of, and all the renovations are for ...the better and not just band aid cover ups. We are moving only because our family has gotten too big for an apartment and we are moving into our first home. Our only small complaint, which is still from previous management, is that sometimes it's hard for people to navigate and find the apartments super quickly but they've done things with signage to help out with that. Worst decision ever!
June 5, 2018Do not move here! They had almost 30 days before we moved in! We had cob webs in our place, seal was broke on our door so when it stormed we have leaves, etc fly in. Carpets were not done and my toilet does not work. Melissa was fine and dandy to cash our check but her service and Pinnacle sucks. It's been a week and I will not renew my lease here period.Property Manager Responded
June 28, 2018As a practice, these issues never occur. The apartment was cleaned 1 week prior to the residents moving in, unfortunately its hard to control spider webs on a nightly basis. The carpet was cleaned, however a few spots had re surfaced. The carpet company returned and per the resident re-cleaned to the their satisfaction. The toilet issue was remedied as soon as possible. The resident reported that all was satisfactory.

AWFUL
January 23, 2017AWFUL place to live if you check their ratings on google it is a 1/5 for a reason. The manager Kelly is unthoughful and will tow anyone's car without a warning. She THOUGHT my car was leaking oil in MY parking space that I paid for monthly and without even asking me to check it out she had me towed. Cost $300 to get my car back. The staff is rude and will not listen to anything you have to stay. December 21, 2015I had a visitor for ONE HOUR over the weekend and their car was towed away and it COST my friend $224 CASH!!!!! Called Kelly the manager and she said that is our policy..and we are limited on parking spaces!Review from Apartments.com

July 21, 2015This is the first time I have ever lived anywhere but my parents house, so I was extremely nervous! The property manager at Pinnacle Point was great!! Anytime I had a question or concern she was there with an answer and wanted to help. Great spacious apartment for the amount of rent. Huge closet and great bathroom space.
