Staff Take Concerns Seriously
September 18, 2025I have lived here for just over 3 years now and just want to say that the staff have been great. I sure am glad that they kept the same staff from the previous company when they sold last year because a lot of tenants were worried it would be a big change. It is the same caring staff with a different name on the building and they still take all concerns and complaints seriously! Close to Everything!
September 18, 2025Living at Pinnacle West has a lot of perks! I moved to the west side to have a shorter work commute, and it was the best thing I ever did. And I love how close I am to the highway so I can still visit family over on the north side with ease. I have discovered so many new restaurants and shops on this side of town that have amazing food. There are also plenty of chain restaurants, clothing/wares stores, and grocery stores, but getting to know all of the mom-and-pop shops has been a great perk to ...moving here. The Indianapolis bus runs through here, so anyone who no longer drives can get a ride to appointments. They also offer their own bus transportation for people to go get groceries, go to the bank, etc. The local library branch is less than 5 minutes away, the post office is about 10 minutes away, FedEx has several drop off locations nearby, and UPS is about 5 minutes away.Property Manager Responded

Lots of Activities
September 18, 2025I have lived here for about 6 years now and am happy to say that they still offer and host different activities and events for us seniors to attend on the property. It is nice to not have to drive anywhere or try to find a ride somewhere, but still be able to get out and socialize. I would say pretty much every building hosts their own bingo game, I attend a monthly euchre tournament in the building next to mine, and the main building where the clubhouse is always has different companies coming ...into to have a lunch or activity for tenants to attend. I wish they would bring back the monthly outings the previous company had, but I still like being able to catch the bus to the grocery store and my bank.Property Manager Responded

Love the Leasing Staff
September 18, 2025Before moving in here a couple of months ago, I had such a pleasant experience with the ladies who work in the leasing office. They made it so easy to fill out my application and go over everything that was needed to be approved to move into my new apartment. Love My Apartment, Love the New Upgrades Even More
September 15, 2025I have lived here for 5 years and really enjoy it. New ownership took over last year and while there were some changes with when rent was due, the trash pickup schedule, and minor inconveniences with contractors working on new flooring it has been a great place to live. Like I mentioned, there were some minor annoyances with limited elevator access and hallways being blocked off while contractors ripped out the old, dirty carpet and installed the new plank flooring, but it was worth it! The new ...flooring and LED ceiling lights have really transformed our hallways and I no longer feel embarrassed to invite friends and family over to my apartment. The light fixtures also make me feel safer coming and going from my apartment when it is late because I can see where I am going. They have also been updating fixtures throughout the common areas and inside of apartments. I am most excited to see the finished clubhouse renovations because the current setup has left much to be desired with how outdated it is.Property Manager Responded

Active Community
September 15, 2025This is a great senior complex to live if you want to stay active and keep your independence. I love being able to walk around the big loop in the complex and get exercise every day, weather permitting, while also enjoying the weather. The loop is one-way traffic, which makes me feel safe when I walk it the opposite way. They are also putting in a walking path that is going to encircle a grilling area, large outdoor games, and a garden. Inside the main office building is an indoor gym/workout ...area and they have a 2nd one that is in the building connected to it, so I can still get exercise when it is colder weather or raining. It is really important to me to be able to stay fit so I can keep up with my grandkids.Property Manager Responded

Great Area
September 8, 2025Pinnacle West has so many places nearby, it has everything you need! Avon has lots of restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, hair and nail salons, barbers, beauty supply stores, specialty shops, bakeries, and more. They are very close to 465 and downtown without being too close to all of the downtown traffic and noise. They are very close to Plainfield, Danville, and Brownsburg, which also have tons of things to do and visit. Friendly Neighbors and Staff
April 1, 2025I have lived here for 3 years and love how peaceful and friendly the community is. My neighbors all help to look out for one another, yet keep to themselves, which has been a great change of pace from the previous senior community I lived in. Staff are just as friendly whenever I need assistance with paying rent, putting in a work order request, or just stopping by the main office to chat. Seniors can easily feel isolated or lonely when they don't have friends or family nearby, so it is great ...knowing that I have a whole community surrounding me that I can lean on when I need to.Property Manager Responded

Wonderful Upgrades
April 1, 2025I have lived here for over 4 years and have never seen so many upgrades put into the property as I have seen the last 6 months after new ownership took over. The hallways have bright, new LED lighting that make it much easier for us seniors to see. The floors are all being replaced with plank flooring, so now I no longer see old stains in the carpet when coming home, doing laundry, checking my mailbox, etc.Property Manager Responded

Refreshing place ro live
August 14, 2023I just moved in this month after a disastrous year. Gina and Nedra have bent over backwards to help me with my move in. Nedra has been an amazing help! She stayed late for me when I was late for my lease signing. Then still did my walk through, and explained everything to me. I felt very cared for. Nedra is on her game. I was a Regional Property Manager for 10 years and in the industry for 32 years, and I haven't seen a better property manager! I really love it here. It's vary clean, quiet and ...well cared for. I can't say enough about the great things they are doing here! 5 stars for sure! I'm trying to get two of my friends to move in! Safe affordable Senior Housing on the Westside of Indy
January 31, 2023NeighborCare of Chapel Hill is great place to live several people come to live here because their parents lived here in the past. Even folks that move out often come back. They have friendly staff who care about you and assist you with even when it way outside of the scope of their jobs.
