Exceptional Service
January 2, 2026After living here for a year and a half I must say that the service provided by staff is exceptional. Despite having so many apartments, maintenance busts through work orders and I never have to wait long unless there is something big being done to the property. I have made many friends with other people in my building and other buildings. I also enjoy our monthly euchre tournament.Review from Apartments.com
Just Moved In
December 22, 2025Loving my new apartment and all of the new fixtures inside of it. I wasn't expecting it to be so modern and love the upgrade from my previous apartment complex. My only complaint is that I can hear my neighbors going in and out of their apartment when I am in my entry way or kitchen, but that is a such a small thing in the grand scheme of things, and I cannot hear anyone from anywhere else in my apartment.Property Manager Responded

New Resident
December 5, 2025I just moved into my new apartment only a couple of months ago, but I really love it at Pinnacle West. My apartment is beautiful, I love that I don't have to take my trash out myself (especially with the winter weather we have now), and the other tenants in my hallway have been very welcoming. I cannot wait to start going to the events on campus after I am done getting everything unpacked. Weekly bingo in my building has been very fun.Property Manager Responded

Above and Beyond
December 5, 2025I moved in earlier this year and am loving my apartment. I love how friendly the staff are and that they go above and beyond to help problem solve. Former Tenant
November 13, 2025I used to live here until I needed to transition to living with a relative due to unforeseen family circumstances earlier this year. I absolutely loved my apartment and how spacious it was. Lots of closet space. I was able to plant my favorite shade of petunias on in a planter on my balcony every year to look out at each day. Quiet neighbors. I also loved being able to take the bus to the grocery store and not having to schedule with relatives to come pick me up. I recommend living here.Property Manager Responded

November 13, 2025After living here over 5 years now I can truly say that I have seen a lot of positive changes over the years. The indoor and outdoor upgrades really make you feel like your rent money is being put to good use. We have started having so many more activities in our own buildings again instead of just in the clubhouse, which is really convenient since it is starting to get cold out. Last week I attended gardening club and had such a fun time with several other friends in my hallway. I also always ...try to make it over to the clubhouse for chair exercise class. Love My New Apartment

Lovely Neighborhood
November 13, 2025I really love my apartment and how safe our neighborhood is over here on the west side of Indy. I have made so many friends since moving in earlier this year. Lots of activities to partake in, whether in my own building, another building, or the clubhouse! There is always something fun happening. I joined the walking club when I moved in and we walk several times a week, rain or shine (we will walk in the clubhouse if it rains or is cold out). I will often stop in at the clubhouse regardless to ...grab a cup of coffee in the morning and sit and chat with other residents. There are staff here all throughout the day, so if I stop by the front desk or office there is always someone to talk to. Loneliness in seniors is a real thing, but it sure is hard to be lonely here.Property Manager Responded

Staff Take Concerns Seriously
September 18, 2025I have lived here for just over 3 years now and just want to say that the staff have been great. I sure am glad that they kept the same staff from the previous company when they sold last year because a lot of tenants were worried it would be a big change. It is the same caring staff with a different name on the building and they still take all concerns and complaints seriously! Close to Everything!
September 18, 2025Living at Pinnacle West has a lot of perks! I moved to the west side to have a shorter work commute, and it was the best thing I ever did. And I love how close I am to the highway so I can still visit family over on the north side with ease. I have discovered so many new restaurants and shops on this side of town that have amazing food. There are also plenty of chain restaurants, clothing/wares stores, and grocery stores, but getting to know all of the mom-and-pop shops has been a great perk to ...moving here. The Indianapolis bus runs through here, so anyone who no longer drives can get a ride to appointments. They also offer their own bus transportation for people to go get groceries, go to the bank, etc. The local library branch is less than 5 minutes away, the post office is about 10 minutes away, FedEx has several drop off locations nearby, and UPS is about 5 minutes away.Property Manager Responded

Lots of Activities
September 18, 2025I have lived here for about 6 years now and am happy to say that they still offer and host different activities and events for us seniors to attend on the property. It is nice to not have to drive anywhere or try to find a ride somewhere, but still be able to get out and socialize. I would say pretty much every building hosts their own bingo game, I attend a monthly euchre tournament in the building next to mine, and the main building where the clubhouse is always has different companies coming ...into to have a lunch or activity for tenants to attend. I wish they would bring back the monthly outings the previous company had, but I still like being able to catch the bus to the grocery store and my bank.Property Manager Responded
