We just got here and it's all crumbling apart. They are converting all garages to apartments and there already is zero parking. The street above has cars parked all day long that just stay there, they never move. Absolutely wild, if you move here you have been warned, best of luck on your journey out.

The management of this complex had no in person office, so getting ahold of a real person was an Olympic level challenge. And even if you somehow did, they would dismiss any issue you brought forth or delay until you gave up. They will work to squeeze every charge out of you, but when it’s time to do their job and provide any half-decent ...
customer service, it’s a ghost town. One perfect example of how this organization does business: we were on a list to get a second assigned parking spot for 6 months. When we finally asked where we were on the list, they said we were 8th (it took weeks for them to get back to us and multiple attempted phone calls). A month later we asked again, 13th. Another month, 18th. How did we move down on the list? I wouldn’t force my worst enemy to have to deal with this management. I know finding places is hard right now, but I would HIGHLY recommend staying away from this complex or any complex with the same management team.

Worst apartment complex I’ve lived in. The leasing consultants have an “I don’t care attitude” when speaking to them and I say that because whenever I call they always pass me to someone else and if I get 1 story about something and call again the other leasing consultant says “oh no that’s wrong this is what we do” like they all don’t communicate with each other and the Maintenence have a careless attitude I had a leak coming from my ceiling to my bathtub and the maintenance guy said “well … ...
it’s in your shower so does it matter?” ….. man… that irritated my soul. One of the new guys actually gets work orders done so props to him because the others don’t care, I have to send out 5 work orders to get something half fixed and then submit more when it doesn’t work again. It’s a mess here and they don’t care at all they will tell you that. Save your money and go live somewhere else because for what you pay here you can get better somewhere else. I would also like to mention the cockroach problem they have here. So far out of my own pocket I’ve had to spend a lot of money getting rid of these pests. Also there’s a loud dog that cries at night and the day in our building(BUILDING 12 If you guys care again!) and I’ve called multiple times and they can’t even just come check out building to see where it’s coming from they expect me to go door to door to see where it is coming from like that’s my job. I can’t wait for our lease to be up because I’m not staying here and when you read this talega bro I hope you say something like “we are sorry to hear this please call our leasing office” because that’s just gonna make me more mad…. They don’t care!

I highly recommend Pinnacle at Talega. It's a very quiet place, except for the occasional noises from the Marine Base. I love hearing the bugles on occasion in the evening or morning. Makes me proud of the marines there and proud to live where I live. Reminds me to say a prayer for all those that serve our Country. I feel the price is comparable, the neighbors are all friendly, dog friendly, the staff is friendly and helpful and the inside if the apartment is nice and up to date. I really ...

Nice New community, my apartment was a great 1 bd 1 bath model with great view of the hills, however the the parking situations sucks big time ! If you come home from work @ a later time never nowhere to park. Too may vehicles and not enough parking spots for the residence. Bad planning by the developers !! I like living here but rent is to high and of the people in the office are not and some are, The maintenance guys crew are very nice.

We love living in san clemente and we hust had our first baby and unfortunately we cant have anymore but we want to raise our son in a neighborhood thats safe and family oriented and it would be a blessing to have that opportunity here.

I have the best of both worlds~ living at the Pinnacle of Talega apartments.I'm 5 minutes from the beach, and have the view and tranquility of living in the mountains, lush landscape,beautiful trails, great apartment lay out, dog friendly, what more can you ask for.
