Don't waste your money
August 6, 2024Worse experience moving-in and moving-out. The in between wasn't any better. Once they have your money, best of luck trying to get support from the office. I don't recommend living here.Property Manager Responded

Worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in
October 10, 2021Worst apartment complex I’ve lived in. The leasing consultants have an “I don’t care attitude” when speaking to them and I say that because whenever I call they always pass me to someone else and if I get 1 story about something and call again the other leasing consultant says “oh no that’s wrong this is what we do” like they all don’t communicate with each other and the Maintenence have a careless attitude I had a leak coming from my ceiling to my bathtub and the maintenance guy said “well … ...it’s in your shower so does it matter?” ….. man… that irritated my soul. One of the new guys actually gets work orders done so props to him because the others don’t care, I have to send out 5 work orders to get something half fixed and then submit more when it doesn’t work again. It’s a mess here and they don’t care at all they will tell you that. Save your money and go live somewhere else because for what you pay here you can get better somewhere else. I would also like to mention the cockroach problem they have here. So far out of my own pocket I’ve had to spend a lot of money getting rid of these pests. Also there’s a loud dog that cries at night and the day in our building(BUILDING 12 If you guys care again!) and I’ve called multiple times and they can’t even just come check out building to see where it’s coming from they expect me to go door to door to see where it is coming from like that’s my job. I can’t wait for our lease to be up because I’m not staying here and when you read this talega bro I hope you say something like “we are sorry to hear this please call our leasing office” because that’s just gonna make me more mad…. September 25, 2015I highly recommend Pinnacle at Talega. It's a very quiet place, except for the occasional noises from the Marine Base. I love hearing the bugles on occasion in the evening or morning. Makes me proud of the marines there and proud to live where I live. Reminds me to say a prayer for all those that serve our Country. I feel the price is comparable, the neighbors are all friendly, dog friendly, the staff is friendly and helpful and the inside if the apartment is nice and up to date. September 23, 2015Nice New community, my apartment was a great 1 bd 1 bath model with great view of the hills, however the the parking situations sucks big time ! If you come home from work @ a later time never nowhere to park. Too may vehicles and not enough parking spots for the residence. Bad planning by the developers !! The pool and gym is great to use in the evening but closes too early, 10:00. My major complaint were the mean manager lady in the leasing office. I have never met a more rude, mean ...unprofessional, unfriendly person ever ! She shouldn't be in the leasing office career.
