March 28, 2025I think the apartments should be maintained every year because I've been here for 1 year and when I came to live I didn't have any maintenance and I mean the walls, doors and other things and that makes things deteriorate more… I have friends who have moved recently and I have seen that their apartments have been delivered in perfect condition but a year ago when they gave me mine there were broken things, deteriorated and the carpet worn out. But apart from that it is a very quiet place.Property Manager Responded

Would not recommend
September 4, 2024Not a comfortable place to live. There are not enough characters for me to go into depth but there are large disturbing black birds everywhere. Dirty apartment buildings. I've gone without heat/air for close to six months before it was fixed. Property management priorities are mismanaged. Will find any reason to charge you. Not comfortable, clean, safe, or secure.
