Loved the place!!!
June 20, 2024Went in to acquire some information about a 2 bedroom. The ladies in the office were dressed professionally and very polite. I was given a tour of a two bedroom, the view being on second story was amazing. I love trees, so the background was perfect for me. I was blown away by the space in the apartment also. I was so happy and excited. As walking back to the office I really liked how the assistant was getting to know me. It was a wonderful experience. I don’t have too many of people who are ...polite and genuine. She helped me apply for the apartment when we got back to the office. I’m an old lady, I know nothing about computers. We got it done in 15 mins tops and I’ll be ready to move in here in a couple of days.Property Manager Responded

Property is good the Management is Terrible
August 2, 2023We lived there from Spring 2020 to spring 2022. staff is nice. Did not have a problem up until the new management took control early 2022. They managed to take advantage of us and many others. Charged us a ton of money for things we did not do in the apartment. After we asked about the charges, they were very out of line and told us "Sue us then." If you dont believe me look up the reviews on the company who runs Pioneer MeadowsReview from Apartments.com
