Pretty but so noisy
January 19, 2021The 2 stars are for the apartment itself which is nice. It's clean, pretty new, with good storage and a really nice sized kitchen. However, it has virtually no sound proofing between apartments, especially between floors. I can hear the people above me all the time. You can hear snoring, furniture moving, jumping, screaming, yelling, talking, walking around, using the bathroom, and pretty much anything else you don't want to be hearing... Not much can be done about it since it's just how the ...buildings were built, I guess. If you live on the top floor you'll probably be alright, but know your downstairs neighbor will be able to hear most of what you do... Parking would also be a big problem if I had more than one car. Each unit, regardless of number of rooms, only gets one assigned spot and the guest spots are super limited and there's nowhere nearby to park.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Love it Here
February 21, 2020The apartments are so peaceful and quiet, great for people that even work during the night and sleep during the day. The maintenance is friendly and prompt. Lauren, Denise and Deanne have all been amazing. The hot tub is year-round, so is the workout center and the outdoor pool is beautiful. The apartment itself is newer and well-maintained. The parking has not been an issue for us. Our pets and kids are happy here.Review from Apartments.com
Parking issues/loud neighbors
March 9, 2018If you only have one car the parking will not be an issue for you, but if you have more than one it’s almost impossible in the evenings/night/early am to find a parking spot, so many young people are moving in and sharing a two or three bedroom apartment and have 3-5 cars per apartment. With all the young people moving in it is SO much louder than it used to be. Music/arguing at night and tons of yelling/loud music/car doors slamming in the parking lot.
