Got worse everyday
December 3, 2024Look in your AC, it is a rusted out unit from the 90's that is basically a rust pond. The put a flimsy filter in front of it to cover it up, but you can smell it. They have bright prison lights that sign outside at night, ruining the balcony. Horrifically loud music from locals bars. There is also not enough parking, if you get there in the evening you will have nowhere to park your car. Oh and management will treat you like a criminal every time they try and talk to you.Property Manager Responded

Super cute & Good prices
August 29, 2024The staff was friendly but i got sold on the fact of the prices. When you're in this area its either crazy expensive for something run down or dirt cheap for something run down. They just renovated here so everything is brand new! We have a new dock and i sit out there and fish every now and then since i moved in. The staff is super quick to get on work orders too. I have even seen the office girls out here working to keep the grounds clean and nice. Just seeing that alone makes me feel like ...they actually care about my home. You cant beat the price and location, plus during the summer we had awesome views of kemahs fireworks!! And we didnt have to sit in all that traffic lolProperty Manager Responded

Helpful & new renovations!
August 29, 2024I just recently toured here, and the reason i ended up leasing was because of the staff. The leasing agent told me i could use the computer so she could walk me through each step. and i got to see the new clubhouse which smells amazing and looks brand new! The dock is new as well and looks so peaceful, they are installing a kayak drop so im happy about that because i fish a lot lol! I am so excited to move in here in a few weeks and become a pirate!!!Property Manager Responded

Newly renovated

Not as advertised
May 22, 2024Carpet no changed between tenants. Water leak from upstairs fixed but left drywall in the downstairs apartment peeling and stained. Outlets around the apartment constants blow. AC does not work, when maintainer comes to work on it filer change is the only maintainer done. Children in the home still sweating in the hot apartment even though thermostat is on 65 degrees. Love my home!
August 23, 2021The property is beautiful and well maintained, they are consistent about upgrading and making the complex the best it can be. The staff is amazing and super helpful!! I love my neighbors, everyone is so warm and friendly (good southern hospitality here). I have a daughter and there are tons of other kids to play with plus we have a bus drop off/pick up right out in front for her school!! There is always fun community events and we love the sparkling pool, gorgeous lake views, tennis courts, ...basketball court, sand volleyball and fishing docks. I live there. You can trust this review
December 30, 2015I have lived here since September and I love it. I am not on the water but in the front buildings. I have had no issues at all. When the AC needed a adjustment,they came right over. I have had no roach issues and no pet issues. Like every place, you get what you pay for and this place is a great price and a great location. The office staff is nice and always in a helpful mood.
