the Danbury office is very friendly, however there have been a fair amount of questions they don't have an answer too. what is nice is that the staff is very helpful at redirecting me towards someone that does have answers.

Cheap rent, but you get what you pay for. Although most of the appliances are working fine and the apartment itself is decent, working with management is like pulling teeth. Unfortunately a general sense of safety is not common here, due to their lack of security measures.

I have live here over three years and I don't see why they continue to increase the rent when the building is one of their oldest building in Fargo, your packages get missing,maintenance takes almost three weeks to come when you put in a work order. The laundry room is dirty etc

A huge factor for me choosing Bayview was location. It’s right across the street from the YMCA which for me is a huge convenience. Target and Aldi are just down the road for groceries, the interstate is nearby so traveling anywhere outside the community is easy. To me Bayview is also one of the nicer, cleaner looking buildings in the area. The bayview itself in the apartment really helps open my living room up making it feel more spacious. Very happy with everything so far.

Westcourt is a great place to live if you can’t afford a higher rent. But please note we get what we pay for— slow fixes to maintenance issues, stinky building, and broken glass in our grass and parking lots. Also, any package you order will be stolen. Otherwise, it’s nice. People in the office help as much as they can and you can have cats!

I think bayview is very reasonably priced for what you get. living on your own can be very expensive, but this has been a pretty good experience for me. I would recommend for anyone trying to save money while also not sacrificing living conditions.

Apart from the jungle gym close by the back yard is perfect for hypnosis. I'm a recording artist and this place is perfect for people who enjoy music. It's also quiet for sleeping when you want it to be. Close to grocery stores.

This apartment did not paint the parking lot like it said it would. sometimes the neighbors are super loud at 12-1am. I've received no response about my complaint. The parking situation is getting better. The apartment complex itself is often dirty.
