Lived here for a year and never had a problem with anything. If we did have any the staff always responded quickly as possible and resolved the solution. Also, they are super friendly and make you feel welcome!

The Place of Westover Hills

This place is great.. Not the newest Apartment complex, but they sure have A customer service... If something is broken, they usually fix it within that day. I called them at 8:30 AM to look at my A/C, and by 11:30 AM it was fixed. There are FREE washers and dryers in each apartment.. Staff are really friendly and go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. Complex is kid friendly and quiet.. I only planned to stay there for two years, but it's been almost 8 now! I look around for ...
better deals, but can't find one that meets or beats The Place of Westover Hills...

The Place At Westover Hills is located in North West Fort Worth. It's a nice part of the city with many small suburbs in the surrounding area and just minutes from all the main roads and highways. The Place has a GREAT team of office workers who are always available to answer questions and maintenance men who are always on call. The maintenance team is skilled, professional and very well mannered. I've come to know them on a name to name basis and don't feel uncomfortable at all when they come to ...
do work on my apartment. There is a bug problem, but it is Texas. The Place has exterminators come every Tuesday if you need them, and it is at no cost to the resident. There are three pools here, all located in different areas of the community. We have had problems with kids jumping the gates at night, and trashing the pool areas. The office team have worked hard to put a stop to it. It is a gated community, but the gates are broken often. After signing my second lease I asked for a key to use at the gates (because the code doesn't always work). My apartment is well taken care of (EXCEPT the windows that must not have been installed correctly). Rent is reasonable (water is added to your bill and is also reasonable). Overall it is not the best apartment I have lived in, but not the worst either.
