This place is basically a hotel. If you live here expect common areas to be filled with tourists, waits for elevators and noisy late night crowds.

Don't do it!

This complex is mostly a hotel so there are constantly tourists in and out of the building. Their main priority is the guests, not the residents. The garage is not connected or affiliated with the building either. I have had my windshield smashed and my license plate stolen. If you want to stay long term forget about it. They hike rent every year to "align" with the market. Compared to the other complex's downtown, there are others with way better amenities that are newer and nicer. Most of ...
the staff is super annoying and pretentious like we should be thankful they allow us to live there. The only plus is the front desk people. They are great. You have to see them a lot because management doesn't allow deliveries to your door...
