Terrible move-out practices
July 30, 2022Placita Park Apartments is absolute trash. How can you, in good conscience, send someone to collections without verbally informing them that they owe a balance? Not even an email. One letter was supposedly "mailed to the wrong address." I hope you realize how sending someone to collections the way you do can affect their life. This is how Placita Park treats their good tenants, by the way. Had we been informed of a balance, it would have been paid immediately.Property Manager Responded
