March 4, 2025Nice apartment and friendly staff. Maintenance staff are also friendly. Rental seem a little high for the local area, but the apartment building is of a higher than average quality so this seems like a fair trade-off. Biggest complaint was there were various maintenance issues that needed solving as soon as I moved in.Property Manager Responded

November 10, 2024I've been here for 7 months and the community is nice, well kept, and quiet. My neighbors are friendly and welcoming.The staff are knowledgeable, nice, and helpful.....and they are good about having community events. My son and I have been enjoying the club house and pool. September 17, 2024I have really enjoyed living here! The leasing office staff is so friendly and always have something fun going on during the month. 10/10 A Worry-Free Apartment Experience!
August 13, 2024With great management and amenities, this was a dream apartment. We lived here three years and hardly needed maintenance, but if we put in a request someone was here in less than 24 hours. My friends loved coming over and we enjoyed the pool and outdoor area as much as possible. We’ve had different neighbors over the years and hardly ever heard anyone. After Hurricane Beryl, apartment managers were at work immediately picking things up, checking on residents, and getting the apartment back in to ...shape. Some of my friend’s apartments (in Richwood) a month later are still in disarray. Laci at the office has always been great to us, and everyone on the maintenance team is always so nice. This really was a headache free apartment experience, and my husband and I will forever recommend them to anyone looking for an apartment in Lake Jackson.Property Manager Responded
