October 15, 2025Amazing place to live. Living here for a few months now and staff and the maintenance team are just the grandest. The community is well cleaned. They pick up dog poop everyday. Besides the weekends I think. But feels good running after my kiddo without stepping on those pesky stink mines. Common area could use a vending machine. But gas station is just a 5 minute walk. October 12, 2025Great overall community. Maintenance is excellent in response time and quality of repairs. The get a little over board about the decks but I guess if they give an inch, people will take a foot.
