My boyfriend and I moved here in November of last year so we have lived here just over a year now. When we first moved in we had a few issues. However, the property is now under new management, and we have been happy ever since. They are really turning this place around for the better! Alot of exciting and positive improvements are being made everywhere. The clubhouse was remodeled and the laundry room has been improved as well. ...updated and the buildings are being painted this week. They are also working on a dog park. The office manager is so nice, organized and he is incredibly helpful if we ever have questions or concerns. He gets things done! He is so friendly and you can tell he genuinely wants you to love living here. I read the other review and understand them being unhappy but that maintenance/management staff is no longer here. We like living at Planters trace, we like our apartment and the location is great too, it's close to the hightway, the beaches, and downtown. In fact, we just renewed our lease. :)
