Poor Office Management
October 26, 2022Poor communication from office management. Valet trash is inconvenient, you have a two hour window in the AM or PM to put out your trash bin and often it’s not picked up. You have to jump through hoops to get your trash picked up and they hit me with a $50 fine with no warning, as promised.Property Manager Responded

SNAKES ALERT
June 13, 2019BEWARE OF SNAKES!!!!!!!!!! We reside in the first floor and saw snakes about 3ft tall. The worst part is the management said they cannot do anything about it. Stuck here with the lease cause and it is expensive to break the lease. Very afraid to stay with kids. Just hoping for the lease to get over. I give 2 stars because, except for the bugs and snakes, everything else seems okay. Initially we thought the apartment was good. April 22, 2019My husband and I have lived for about a year. There is nothing major problems. We decided to renewal the lease this time. Rasha responded and helped that quickly. Love this complex!
January 29, 2017Moved in December 2016 with this being the first time out of the house. I am in love with this complex, and everyone around you is very friendly. The only complaint I have is that there were a few times we requested maintenance to come fix our dryer and they did not show until about a week after we requested. However, we have also asked maintenance to come by more times and they came the same day and everything has been working since. The apartments are very home-like and roomy and it is also ...great to have almost everything you could want located right around corner. Everything in the apartment is very up to date, modern and not too pricey for what you're getting here. I cannot wait to extend my lease and I know it'll be an easy transition because the front office assistants are great too! August 2, 2016We moved into our apartment in May 2016 and since then had to call maintenance 3 times and each time they were right there to resolve the problem. Thank you Platinum Castle Hills for being so prompt and courteous. Also, the other day my remote to the gate would not work and the girl in the office stayed after hours to help reprogram the remote. October 22, 2015This complex is gorgeous. Perfect location and you don't have to deal with noisy road/highway. Soon as you walk in the staff is so caring and answered every question I had. They were willing to show apartments in pouring rain. They had me in and out with a new lease in hand within 20 minutes. They also approved me on the spot. So far I have lived in these for a couple months and the maintenance staff is very responsive and quick. They have an awesome dog run. Parking is never an issue and I get ...home from work at 1am.
