Maintenance was also lacking, if you called something in, the maintenance guys showed up whenever they wanted, if at all. The onsite laundry machines and dryers worked, sometimes... To top it all off, I guess the money people save living in this complex was used to hire maids. If you walked into the laundry room in the morning, you would generally see maids using all of the washing machines to do multiple loads of laundry. How annoying. Finally, they keep the grass cut, and sweep the sidewalks and parking lot, looked good, but there is graffiti all over the complex. I guess the residents think that looks nice. Do yourself a favor, look elsewhere.
