RUDE WOMAN ON THE PHONE

I don’t understand why people have to be so rude. When I called the woman and asked for information she told me to learn how to read that it says available 0 but it actually says available soon. Very discouraging for someone who is just trying to find an apartment. When I told her to not be rude she laughed and honestly no one should want to move here with her bad customer service. She told me “ I think I know my listing more than you.”

Terrible Customer service

Poor customer service. I called to ask for information about this apartment and the guy who answer the phone didn't introduce himself or for what company he works for. He literally answer the phone say how can I help you and after I ask for information about this listing he said there is not available bye and hang up the phone.

Tried calling about a 1 bedroom listing and the person said it wasn't available, "so why is it still listed?" So I was thinking maybe there was a studio or something available since obviously the listing on this site does not match what they have. The person on call then said "there has never been any studio apartments and never will be, good luck" and promptly hung up on me before I can say anything. Super rude
