    I applied to rent here. They make you pay $550 to even apply. When they decline you, the only way to get your money back is to wait a month for a check or dispute with your bank.

  • Worst place to live in !!!!!

    If you want to get a hold of the office ......good luck with that!!!!!. Plus there was a rain on 6/30/18 and most of the building on the bottom floor where flooded. So if you want to live here get a 2nd floor .....plus the rental fee for this messed up place is a ridiculous price. So outdated and old and smells so bad in the hallways. Get an appointment anywhere else but here.

    Apts are decent, but laundry machines always have issues (at least 1washer and or dryer always broken). Walls are very thin, I can always hear my neighbor upstairs. I had a leak and was told that's just the way it was. Could be better, but alright to live in if you don't need much space.

  • Worst apartment I have ever rented

    You get what you pay for. As a single woman I do not feel safe with random males hanging out on the stoops and at the children's play area staring women and children down. I also have been dealing with house centipedes since I moved in. I'm killing on average anywhere from 1 a day to sometimes it's been 3 in a day. I've found them in my bed, on my child's bed, the walls, and even in my pots and pans. I have complained and they "sprayed" around the building and in my apartment at least 4 times. I ...
    have asked to be moved and they refused. Management also told me that this was a normal thing to endure in apartment living. No, it is completely not normal nor acceptable. I have had management come into my apartment without notice nor permission while I was at work, luckily a friend had come to visit and was on my couch when management open my door and then quickly shut it. I have had them enter my apartment to repair my fridge without permission or notice. I was told that they did not need notice to come in and they also completely denied entering my apartment. They just recently scraped the paint on the entry way walls and there are paint chips and dust everywhere. Which of course is lead based paint and my small child has to walk through it just to leave our apartment. This mess has been sitting there for two days and it smells like a hog lot. Please stay away from this place, especially if you have children. It is not a safe environment and I am getting my family out of here.

    Love the apartments, management and maintenance are great. Any time I email about anything she gets back to me right away and the problem is taken care within a day or two. In a good neighborhood and the price is the cheapest I have found. They also work with bad credit. We had a very hard time finding a place to live in tell we found plaza Manor Urbandale IA!

Good location, not a bad neighborhood and the price is the cheapest I've been able to find, also the work with you if you have bad credit.
