June 9, 2025The place is horrible… the maintenance is poor it’s always trash outside the building. The place is infested with bugs and rodents please don’t consider purchasing an apartment .Review from Apartments.com
Wouldn’t recommend
May 23, 2022I currently live here & my original experience here was great. That was until we obtained new owners. There hasn’t been a consistent property manager since the new owners acquired it. I’ve left several messages about multiple things that need to be fixed before the box was full & now you can’t leave any messages. My dishwasher has been out since October of 2021 and it’s causing bugs now. My towel rack in my bathroom has fallen, the light in the kitchen has went out, and more. It is just not a ...good place to be anymore, I don’t fault maintenance I blame the owners. Definitely will be leaving as soon as possible, and no matter how the state of the apartment is when I leave I expect to get my full security deposit back with no billing afterwards because this is unacceptable when you plan to increase tenants rent for horrible service. February 6, 2019From my first apartment search I knew I wanted Plaza Place to be my home. Management was warm and inviting. I am disabled vet Holly set me up with an apartment to meet my needs. May 22, 2018This being my son's and my first apartment living experience I was very careful and apprehensive at choosing our new home. But, I am so glad I decided on Plaza Place. Our first month has been great! The staff is knowledgeable and prompt at addressing concerns. The grounds are well manicured and ready for enjoyment. AND THE LOCATION!!!!! bug infestation
January 10, 2016We lived here in a two bedroom apartment for a year and had a constant pest problem. We reported it several times. They would have pest control come but the problem still came back. We went away for two weeks and came home to an apartment infested with bugs. They not only made us pay rent for an unlivable apartment but they refused to compensate us for all the furniture we had lost due to the bug infestation. We talked to other neighbors and they have the same bug problems. We have now been ...living in a different apartment for two months and we have not seen a single bug.
