August 14, 2025Enjoy living here, everything is conveniently located and the neighborhood appears to be pretty safe. The management is very helpful and understanding. They are so very friendly and thoughtful to the residents here. They will always address your problems and needs in a professional and immediate manner.It is a plus to all tenants when there is an A management team present. June 12, 2025I've been with plaza towers since 2010 and left 2022 to early 2025. I'm back again due to unforeseen circumstances.. Julio and Taylor are great. They're very accommodating and friendly compared to previous inflexible management company that prompted my exit. Usually from my experience here, if the leasing people are good, what follows are usually good response to residents' issues. Looking forward to staying here again.Property Manager Responded

March 26, 2025I enjoy going to the gym and reading, so I was glad to live in Plaza Towers. It’s a quit good place with surrounding good people. I would really appreciate if a day in a month should be their an event in a club house about discussing innovative thoughts .Property Manager Responded

January 2, 2025Great overall experience just hope new pest control will make things better. Packages have been easier to receive which is a great improvement. November 1, 2024I have truly enjoyed living here the past few years. The management is very helpful and understanding. They are always helpful solving problems. August 28, 2024Overall I love living here. However there are numerous occasions where the water is either out completely or there is no hot water. It’s a generally quiet area and apartment building but there are frequent disturbances from other tenants constantly causing there to be firetrucks and ambulances coming to the building. There have always been issues with mail but now there is a concierge so hopefully they drastically improve. We have a laundry room and gym that should be open 24/7 and shouldn’t ...close and the gym could really use some improvement including more equipment and better upkeep(the water machine has been empty for weeks now and no one has fixed it). Also one staff member could serve to hold her tongue when I told her I didn’t see/receive an email from her she made an inappropriate comment insinuating that I was lying and as a tenant that really made me uncomfortable . Apartment is close to a lot of places which is great. The apartment is spacious.Property Manager Responded
