3 years going on 5-6 maybe. Safe gated, great ALL EFFORT team in office. QUIET AND BEAUTIFUL. Close to H-E-B, WALMART, wonderful places to eat and entertainment.

My last apartment of 6 years was great but moved to Texas for first grandchild and as a retired couple wanted safe area and resort style living. Just signed another 15 month lease. Plan on stayin Until daughter buys a bigger house in 3-4 years. But updates will be required or move to lower and 2 bedroom apartment Staff great! Quiet and respectful neighbors, and location beside San Jacinto college on Spencer/Luella 77571 is beautiful, QUIET, and only complaint WIFI NOT IN POOL AREA BESIDE CLUB ...

Ive been a resident here for almost two years and I looooove living here. Everyone that works here is so friendly and maintenance is fast. The amenities are awesome and everything is usually very clean and well kept. The layout of my apartment is super open and spacious. I have only had a couple minor issues with appliances the whole time Ive lived here. Its the best place Ive lived. Definitely renewing my lease.
