This place has a major plumbing problem. The water is shut off on a regular basis due to “emergencies.” We have had no water three times recently. Live here if you can deal with not being able to take a shower when you need to.

I moved to The Plaza last year and I have been loving it the amenities are amazing the neighbors are very friendly and the staff is very friendly as well the only downside is of course it is on the expensive side but it is definitely worth every penny would highly recommend!

I looked at dozens of other places and settled on a unit right on Woodman Ave. I felt a little rushed in my decision, but it ticked most of the boxes I was looking to fill. The only semi-okay part about the property was the Stockwell vending service and the Parcel Pending lockers.

The renovated studio at the Plaza is a cozy little place. It looks good with the updates: quartz counter tops, new flooring, new appliances (although cheaper appliances and linoleum flooring). They have gated underground parking which is nice, laundry on site, pool and small gym. They allow dogs which is great being a dog owner and have a great courtyard for your furry friend.
