Look at the roads in this neighborhood
March 29, 2024Roads are very rough, many potholes and many other issues that have been dug out through the years to fix many deficiencies over the years. There is going to be a major dig coming up with the amount of flags placed in the neighborhood. Roofing and siding often blow off. Kitchen counter tops are rounded off at the top, appliances that are provided (dishwasher and refrigerator) are from when this place was built in 1989. Nothing else is provided. They charge (rent) to use there washer and ...dryer. If you buy your own, it will be cheaper than to rent what they provide. This is the dustiest, dirtiest place I have ever lived (I lived in Iraq for almost 5 years) Insulation is non existent. Windows and doors during winter are porous unless you seal them yourself. There are no gutters to divert water away from your entrance when it rains, it just goes everywhere. You won’t have ice issues at your front step if you live in the middle of a complex. It’s also a better and smoother drive when there is snow on the ground. Snow removal is just a snow pusher. Makes the roads slick, no salt or sand treatment to help. Respectful Staff
May 8, 2021The staff here do there job efficiently and quickly. The area is kinda country charm but 3 minutes to the Army base and 5/10 minutes from the Walmart. We can get pretty much any food delivered here too. Location is perfect and it’s a family friendly area. The apartments I’ve rented (we’ve lived here 2 years now) are the 3 bedroom and they are comfortable for our family of 5 now (3 toddlers). The snow plowing and mowing Amenities have seriously kept us here. Great place to live
August 29, 2015t's a great quite place to live. Very affordable. I've lived hear for only a month, to get out of the barracks. I'm paying out of pocket. But is still great. Anyone would love it here. Family friendly close to schools and restaurants but still have a country fell to it as well. Close to Fort drum as well! Great location.Review from Apartments.com
