October 15, 2025Raised my kids here, been here almost a decade. Close to schools (which are good, especially OSSM). Responsive staff, clean, I like my neighbors. Quiet, though you can hear the highway, but not loud. I need to drop by the office and get some popcorn.Property Manager Responded

Best Apartments in Tahlequah
March 9, 2023I lived here back in 2018 for a year and always missed it when I left. So when I found myself moving back to Tahlequah in 2021 I went to Pleasant View. The staff were always super friendly and didn’t mind breaking things down and explaining stuff I had questions about or didn’t understand. Anytime I have an issue they’re always quick to respond and get back with me. It’s hard to find places where staff will treat you as a person and genuinely care.At the time of this review I’ve been living there ...for a year and a half and don’t plan to move anytime soon. If they were able to expand and get 3br units I’d prob stay forever lol.Property Manager Responded

Very clean, very friendly
October 14, 2020My experience at Pleasant View Apartments was wonderful. I have been looking for an apartment for months. Just when I was about to give up I came across this listing. I called right away. I spoke with the most wonderful lady I have spoken with since my journey started months ago looking for an apartment, her name was Shawna. She quickly set up an appointment time. The day I arrived at Pleasant I had already felt like it was home. I walked in the office it was so clean, organized and smelt ...Amazing. Shawna told me everything I needed to know. She went through the entire application process, and had an answer to every question that I had, if she didn't know she sure did find it. She even went through what to expect during and after the application process, all the way to move-in day! She was very professional and sweet. I'm excited that I will be calling Pleasant View my home soon. It's feels amazing to know if I have any questions or if I need anything I can call her, she will know what I need to do or how to do it. My only wish is that I would have started my journey here. Do not rent here.
July 13, 2020The apartments are way overpriced for what you get. They do not look as nice as the pictures do. At the end of a 1-year lease, do not go month-to-month because they will charge you an additional $200. A dog over 20 pounds counts as 2 animals, so don't expect to get another animal. After you move in, don't expect maintenance to fix anything that happened to your apartment before you moved in. When you move in, Admin will tell you it is a deposit; when you move out, they will tell you its a fee. ...Expect your pockets to be empty before you move out.
