A big reason we chose to live here is the community and the staff. Yes the apartments are nice and the grounds are well maintained. But if you don’t have good people living here then you won’t be happy. When there is a problem I go to the office and talk to Jennifer. She’s always helpful, she reminds me i can use the app but i can never figure it out. She helps me to get things fixed quickly. I like that there is an out door grilling area and a gym to use.

But I love it here. The neighbors, the apartments, the grounds. It’s all just wonderful. There are so many amenities here like the pool and the gym. The club house is great, you can go there to relax, read a book, meet other residents and chat with the Staff. Jennifer is always the first person you see and she greets you with a smile. She is always reminding residents about the events and whatever is going on or coming up in the community. The resident events are a great way to meet other ...
residents and have some fun! They recently had a backpack event (I missed it) and that was very thoughtful of them, I’m sure some families really appreciated the free back pack for back to school! They recently updated the grounds a bit and it’s looking really nice. Maybe it’s just me but I love it here.

There are so many activities to do on site you may not know what to do next! The pool is very nice in the summer. Never really crowded to the point it’s not fun. Being able to use the grills is great in the evening for dinner, keeping fit at the gym without having to leave the complex is nice too! Jennifer in the office is really nice, she’s always reminding me about the various events going on. It was nice to see the office host the ice cream event for the kids earlier this year. This is a nice place to live. The units are nice. Pool is nice, Gym is nice, being pet friendly is nice too. There are events for people who live here. The Friendsgiving event was really fun. Jennifer at the front desk reminded me about the Free Backpack event this week so I was able to get one. She’s always reminding residents about things going on in the place. She’s always nice to talk to. Thanks!

The apartments are very nice. Clean and updated. The gym and recreation spots are very nice to have on property. The club house is great for meeting friends or even to just go a relax a bit outside of your living space. I always have nice chats with Jennifer at the desk. She’s a very kind individual who always tries to help the residents, she is an asset to the complex. The people in the complex are very nice too, such a mix of cultures. I’m happy to call this place home!

The place is pretty nice but the billing team is awful. Juliet is so rude and has no sense of professionalism. A simple question deserves a simple answer, not attitude and sass. Worst customer service ever.
