Not luxury
June 26, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comIt’s an affordable place to live but it is not a luxury apartment. The grounds are never maintained, there’s left over construction stuff everywhere, the pool is never clean, the elevator beeps constantly, there’s cracks in the walls, the stairwell has never been cleaned that I can tell, mailboxes are broken and the dumpster area (that you have to take your own trash to) is always disgusting and overflowing. It’s just needs a ton of maintenance done and for the price you should at least have ...cut grass and decent parking lot. The new building seems better though but you’ll pay alot more and still have the issues outside.Read More

I’ve called three times today with the three different numbers that were listed and no calls have been answered nor did I receive a call back or a email back, it’s very unprofessional to run a business without answering any of your phones especially when you have people looking to rent your property.

I sent emails, texts, and called as noted to do via website with no response. I had my significant other also outreach via phone, text, and email and still no response. I am appalled by the lack of customer service and follow up and I'm grateful for the experience as I can only imagine what it must be like to rent with this property management group.
Perfect place
February 27, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comWe live here for about two years. We love this place! It's so peaceful and safe. Its, a really good place if you have a baby and pets. There's enough space to have a walk with them. My baby enjoyed a swimming pool this summer. The manager and owner are very friendly and always ready to help you. I'm pretty sure we are going to stay here for a long time.
Not good for kids or pets
October 1, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comThe street leading to the apartment complex has a posted 10 mph speed limit which nobody follows! There is no side walk and walking on the street is extremely dangerous as the cars do not slow down or give way to people and pets! Cars come down the hill at about 30-45 mph! The local police will do nothing about the speeders!
