I would not recommend living here. During my time at this property, there were several ongoing issues that made the experience extremely disappointing.
The window in the first bedroom leaked, and the HVAC system did not properly heat or cool that room either. There was also no true management office on-site while I lived there, which made the property feel poorly managed and disconnected from residents.

not consistently maintained, and the garbage would regularly overflow.
And as for your security deposit—don’t waste your time deep-cleaning the apartment expecting that effort to matter. Despite the time and effort we put into cleaning the entire apartment before moving out, they still decided to use the deposit toward professional cleaners anyway. Had I known they were going to charge for cleaning regardless of the condition we left it in, I absolutely would not have put nearly as much effort into leaving it spotless.
Between the maintenance issues, lack of proper on-site management, poor property upkeep, overflowing trash, and the way the move-out process was handled, I would not choose to live here again. Future residents should document everything—including the condition of the apartment when you move in, maintenance problems throughout your lease, and detailed photos and videos when you move out.
