I have truly enjoyed living here. This place is absolutely a hidden gem!! So it’s a risk to write a positive review but the people that manage this place and keep this place running deserve praise and recognition!!
The neighborhood is quiet, and the neighbors are friendly and respectful, making it a peaceful place to call home. The grounds are always beautifully maintained and kept clean, which really shows the pride the community takes in the property. The management team, Virginia and Vanessa ...
are professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. The maintenance crew are EXCELLENT—they are prompt, efficient, and always do quality work. I highly recommend this apartment to those anyone looking for a well-managed, peaceful place to live.

Just two months in, pest problem, disposal brook 3 times and they won't replace it, toilet clogged and it took them 3 days to fix it, bathtub faucet broken and they hasn't fixed it after 8 days of my first call (can you imagine 8 days no shower?!! maybe they can). The maintenance supervisor came to my apartment and said it will be fixed tomorrow and he lied because after 3 days from his promise still not fixed.

When you respond to their emails they don’t get back. Why send out emails? You apply they don’t get back to you and you have to call. Plumtree apartments is one of the oldest building in the area. It is located in a great school district. The living conditions are ok. But you get what you pay for. its fairly quiet around here, no problems with neighbors.
