Nice neighbors, Spacious apartment, Worse maintenance
November 1, 2020Just two months in, pest problem, disposal brook 3 times and they won't replace it, toilet clogged and it took them 3 days to fix it, bathtub faucet broken and they hasn't fixed it after 8 days of my first call (can you imagine 8 days no shower?!! maybe they can). The maintenance supervisor came to my apartment and said it will be fixed tomorrow and he lied because after 3 days from his promise still not fixed.Review from Apartments.com
Lacking Customer Service
August 13, 2020When searching for an apartment you want people to make you feel invited. From day one I had to run around with this complex. They scheduled showings and no one came or even called to cancel. When you respond to their emails they don’t get back. Why send out emails? You apply they don’t get back to you and you have to call. I’m not understanding why it’s so much back in forth when I’m trying to give you money.
