November 1, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comJust two months in, pest problem, disposal brook 3 times and they won't replace it, toilet clogged and it took them 3 days to fix it, bathtub faucet broken and they hasn't fixed it after 8 days of my first call (can you imagine 8 days no shower?!! maybe they can). The maintenance supervisor came to my apartment and said it will be fixed tomorrow and he lied because after 3 days from his promise still not fixed.

They scheduled showings and no one came or even called to cancel. When you respond to their emails they don’t get back. Why send out emails? You apply they don’t get back to you and you have to call. September 13, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comPlumtree apartments is one of the oldest building in the area. It is located in a great school district. The living conditions are ok. But you get what you pay for. its fairly quiet around here, no problems with neighbors.
