BUGS-Roaches
June 19, 2024Say they will take care of bug and nothing gets done about it. If u try to call office they dont answer the phone or call back. Frames around kitchen and bathroom are in terrible shape a work order has been put in and been over a week and still not fixed. I cant even stay in my apartment cuz of bugs. July 8, 2019Pros: Convient location for local shopping and highway access. The neighborhood is mostly quiet day amd night. Crime stats are nil in this neighborhood, which is shocking in a positive way. Cons: 3 property managers in a 4 month period and the latest one has zero customer service skills. Weeks without any maintenance staff, and the fixtures were in terrible condition when I moved in. Over priced and not worth the headache. For this much money you can find better elsewhere in the area.Review from Apartments.com

not safe, poor management
November 8, 2015this place was a joke. i had to call code enforement twice for animals under my apartment and potholes. maintains is lazy here and stuff doesnt get fixed in a timely manner. your rent will be raised. they tie notes on your door and harss you . stay of the bake path alone its not safe.Review from Apartments.com
