I took the time to write this review for the overall experience with the new staff. Never have I experience a team that are so communicative and graceful in all my years. They are very responsive as well as determined to keep the property looking amazing. I have seen Mangement vacuuming as well as washing walls. Not enough space to list all the things wrong
October 16, 2021These apartments are "luxury" apartments made on an impoverished budget. Looks nice at first, but once you live here for a few months you'll begin to notice: cheap materials, bathroom fixtures simply screwed into drywall and falling out, doors that don't latch, appliances that regularly break down, and to top it all off rent goes up as your level of service goes down. Horrible place to live
May 21, 2018Horrible customer service. Rude staff when picking up packages. Windows so drafty that wind will blow your curtains. These are overpriced apartments in the heart of Norristown. Neighbors chain their patio furniture down to protect from thieves. Air conditioners never actually cool your apartment down in the heat of summer despite you programming it at a cooler temperature. There is a strange man who comes to dig in the trash can at the shared mailboxes, so be careful and don’t throw your mail ...away there. Good luck to you if you choose to live at this place. “Living the mills” was a nightmare.Property Manager Responded

This Place is a Joke
December 1, 2015I don't know where to start. They make promises or lies and never deliver. This place is a business and no one actual cares about your happiness. Watch for the bait and switch when they tell you how much the deposit or the rent might be.Property Manager Responded

Just moved in
August 5, 2015We have lived here for about a month. The people in the office were wonderful when we came to look for an apartment. It's a great apartment at the right price. We have a two bed two bath and the lay out is one of the best that we have lived in. The master bath and closer are big and so much space in the kitchen. They missed a few small details when we moved in but came to fix everything quickly.Property Manager Responded

Wonderful and Peaceful Place to Live
August 5, 2015I moved to my apartment 3 years ago from Alaska. This is a wonderful community. Well landscaped and clean grounds. It is pet friendly. The Management and Maintenance crew are wonderful to work with and answer and/or fix problems quickly. The complex has a nice swimming pool with grills, chairs, tables and will soon have a kitchen area by the pool. There is a workout center and a business center along with a beautiful club house area. It is very modern and close to Center City Philadelphia, ...the Valley Forge Casino and other entertainment areas, plus very close to the King of Prussia Mall and the Philadelphia Outlet Malls.
