We moved here in March 2014 from Pittsburgh PA to be closer to our family and my wife's job. Indiana PA is a college town so there is not much available for single family rentals. When we did our walk through we listed off a lot of issues with the place we were not happy with. We were guaranteed the issues would be fixed so with that said we took the place. $985.00 a month is not to bad for a 3 bed 1 bath 1000sq ft rental. It is now October 2015 and the issues we had have still not been fixed and ...
we also have been told they will not. Our kitchen cabinets are so bad that none of them hang straight, closing on each other. The cabinets would not stay closed if it wasn't for the Velcro tape in place. The drawers do not stay closed ever. We have told the management we would consider staying another year if they'd fix the cabinets, they told us to go ahead and leave. Whenever we report things that need fixed, they come in and jimmy rig it and not properly fix it. The air conditioning does not cool the place and of course they will not fix. I would never suggest this place to even my worst enemy.
