Happy tenant
July 1, 2025I moved in about 2 weeks ago and I’ve gotta say I’ve had a great experience so far. The grounds are very clean for austin, I just moved from west campus area and you couldn’t walk out your door without trash and roaches and people everywhere. For being so close to the river I’ve only seen maybe 3 roaches, none of which were inside, and I walk my dog around multiple times a day and at night. It’s quiet, the neighbors don’t over step and have been very kind to me so far, the front desk ladies are ...very friendly and if a mistake is made they take accountability and apologize and do what they can to make it right. Our experience with maintenance has also been positive, we had to wait a day to get our AC fixed, but it was after hours on a weekend when it went out, and that same weekend a pipe burst on the Main Street so the maintenance man had a lot to do, so no complaints there. I’ve lived in austin my whole life and I’ve lived in some awful apartments for nearly $600 more per month. Point south is exactly what my partner and I have been looking for and we actually have had 3 friends sign leases in the complex since we moved in because they loved it. June 13, 2025"Management of this property is extremely disappointing. Communication has been poor, and maintenance requests have been consistently ignored. Extra fees have been charged without justification or explanation. Attempts to discuss these charges with property management were unhelpful. Bridge Hollow
June 7, 2025I have been in this apartment for 4 years and the environment is a really great place to stay. The office staff are extremely wonderful with great customer retention skill. The maintenance of the best and quick to action to resolve any deficiency in the apartment.
