I moved in about 2 weeks ago and I’ve gotta say I’ve had a great experience so far. The grounds are very clean for austin, I just moved from west campus area and you couldn’t walk out your door without trash and roaches and people everywhere. For being so close to the river I’ve only seen maybe 3 roaches, none of which were inside, and I walk my dog around multiple times a day and at night. very friendly and if a mistake is made they take accountability and apologize and do what they can to make it right. Our experience with maintenance has also been positive, we had to wait a day to get our AC fixed, but it was after hours on a weekend when it went out, and that same weekend a pipe burst on the Main Street so the maintenance man had a lot to do, so no complaints there. I’ve lived in austin my whole life and I’ve lived in some awful apartments for nearly $600 more per month. Point south is exactly what my partner and I have been looking for and we actually have had 3 friends sign leases in the complex since we moved in because they loved it. Families, younger people, older people, small dogs, friendly cats— a good environment overall. Thank y'all!
