BEWARE!
February 27, 2026Where do I start? Over the span of 5yrs the building had 4 different managements. The tenants are sloppy, loud, and smoke pot on the balconies. Laundry machines are $2 per load and are always breaking down! No matter who runs it or how much construction they do to this place - it’s a stinking ship!! Look at the foundation of the building?!! Trust me on this one! You will regret signing a lease for this place 3 months in!!! Stay AWAY!! AVOID!!!Review from Apartments.com
Thank God for new management
August 18, 2018Before engles apartments were bought out by a new management company, this place should have been condemned from the start. When a resident does the walkthrough with you instead of the actual onsite manager, that tells you right there and then that they don't care for their tenants like they should. Besides the fact, when I brought up stuff to fix in my apartment BEFORE I moved in, I was told that I had to either let it be or that I would have to fix it myself! When I had a mice problem, they ...told me to buy mouse traps and use steel wool to plug up the holes where they were coming in from. When I had a light fixture problem, the maintenance guy gave me an attitude and blamed the problem on me for some reason.
