Stay away from this place
May 10, 2018I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Do not come to this place. You will never get your deposit back, they have mandatory carpet cleaning for every tenant after they move out that they will charge you for, and they will make sure it is more than your deposit. They will constantly threaten you with fees and passive-aggressive letters they leave on your door every week. The rent is ridiculously high for what you get. February 17, 2016I have lived here a few years. This place was nice when we moved in. things deteriorated after a couple of owner changes and weak management. I am happy to say that our most recent owner/management change has been a turn for the better. Cosmetic changes include new decks and landscaping, better garbage management, new gym, new playground for the kids. We are a clean well kept, diverse community. I am in no way paid to say anything good or bad. I live here, I love it. Milton/Fife Schools.
