When I met her for the first time, she made me feel so comfortable it felt like I was visiting family! All the workers here are so friendly and remember who you are by name. I’m originally from NC, but I think Augusta just stole my heart to make this place my forever home! The staff does respond well to issues when they come up, but some things slip through the cracks. Overall a good place to live. It is safe, there is not a lot of noise, the amenities are nice, but the residents do not all pick up their dog poop, so you have to watch your step constantly in the grass.Property Manager Responded
