October 25, 2024Walls are kinda thin so you can hear neighbors on each joining side, pricing is a little high, not much closet space, and some of the neighbors aren’t the best. A lot of amenities (unfortunately not all 24/7) and community events.Property Manager Responded

October 13, 2024I moved from out of state and was blown away how helping and caring the office manager was to me. When I met her for the first time, she made me feel so comfortable it felt like I was visiting family! All the workers here are so friendly and remember who you are by name. I’m originally from NC, but I think Augusta just stole my heart to make this place my forever home! Not only are the apartments and amenities brand new and gorgeous, it’s affordable to live luxurious here.Property Manager Responded

September 1, 2024The staff is friendly, however, there have been a few issues. The staff does respond well to issues when they come up, but some things slip through the cracks. Overall a good place to live. It is safe, there is not a lot of noise, the amenities are nice, but the residents do not all pick up their dog poop, so you have to watch your step constantly in the grass.Property Manager Responded
