Nice place
February 24, 2026I’ve had a really great experience at Pointe Grand Brick City so far. The grounds are honestly one of my favorite parts. Everything looks clean, new, and well taken care of, and you can tell they put effort into keeping the community looking nice. The pool area is beautiful and always feels relaxing, and the dog park is a huge plus. My dog loves it, and it’s nice having a space where pets can run and play safely. They are extremely pet friendly, which was important to me. There are no breed or ...size restrictions, which is rare, and they even have a pet spa you can use for free. It has everything you need, including a grooming station and a little blow dryer, which makes bath time so much easier. There is also plenty of parking, and the whole property is very well lit at night, which makes me feel safe coming home late. Overall it’s a clean, welcoming community and a great place to live, especially if you have pets.Property Manager Responded

February 18, 2026Visited Pointe Grand Brick City, and I was seriously impressed. Right away, the staff stood out. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They made the whole visit feel relaxed and easy, and you can tell they genuinely enjoy what they do. That kind of positive energy makes a big difference. The apartments themselves are brand new, and it shows. Everything looks fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The finishes are clean and stylish, and the overall layout ...feels open and comfortable. There’s something about brand-new spaces that just feels exciting, and these definitely deliver. The amenities are another highlight. The pet spa is such a cool feature, especially for anyone with furry friends. There’s also a dedicated dog park, which is a huge plus and makes the community feel pet friendly in the best way. The gym is well equipped and convenient, perfect for fitting in a workout without leaving the property. And the pool? It’s awesome.
