Overall, it has been a positive experience, and I appreciate the efforts made to maintain a comfortable living environment.
That being said, there are a few areas where I believe there is room for improvement, particularly in the cleaning and maintenance of the common areas. Regular and thorough cleaning would make these spaces more enjoyable for everyone.

It’s okay, other than our loud neighbors above us , and dog owners not cleaning up after themselves. The maintenance men are nice and the office has gotten better on answering the phones

Overall, a good experience. Management and Staffing have been very helpful and professional. The surrounding areas are well maintained. The apartments are built with good materials quality therefore the outside noise doesn’t interfere with the sleep or privacy and viceversa. Amenities are adequate same as parking spaces. Overall, a good experience.

my time here has been decent, however i am slightly unhappy that several of the fixtures have randomly started to loosen- knobs and such and i do in fact think its a hazard of new builds that are built quickly

Nice environment with awesome amenities. I like the concept of bringing things to the complex like the blood drive and shave ice.
It would be so slay if the AC was cooler in the pet wash room and the water pressure was a little stronger so we could be in and out faster :)
