November 4, 2024I’ve really enjoyed my experience living at Pointe Grand At Dawsonville Apartments! The location is super convenient – being close to Mellow Mushroom and other local spots is a definite plus. One thing that’s stood out to me is the included internet – it’s fast, reliable, and perfect for working from home without any issues. The maintenance staff is incredibly polite and friendly; they’re always quick to respond to requests. The front office and leasing team are equally great – they genuinely ...care about the residents and consistently follow up to make sure tasks are completed and promises are kept. October 31, 2024This is a lovely community! I’ve enjoyed living here and it has been a generally positive experience. These are high quality apartments and the rent is a great deal compared to similar apartments in the area. My favorite thing about Pointe Grand is that the floor plan of the unit definitely feels more like a home layout than what you typically see with apartments. The units are also SO spacious. My only con would be that office responsiveness over the phone/email could be a bit more timely, but ...I’ve had a good experience with the staff every time I’ve gone to the physical office. October 16, 2024My husband and I have had a good experience making our apartment into a little home. The only complaint we really have is the parking situation with the Mellow mushroom.
