October 16, 2024Maintenance and the property staff are great! But the company in charge of building these apartments were very sloppy!! Our fridge door was damaged and many of the cabinets what scratches and dents. Overspray is everywhere you can imagine, even the floors! The mirror came completely off the wall while we were out one night. Toddlers could have done a better job. The community itself is very nice but not worthy of the label “luxury.”Property Manager Responded

October 16, 2024Pointe Grand is the best apartment community you could ever wish for & more!! From all the great amenities, to the many AWESOME community events we do here...it is indeed living the GRAND LIFE!!! I've lived here for almost a year now, and the ONLY thing I wish they would do differently was give every tentant an assigned parking spot in front of their building. Besides the parking, Pointe Grand is above & beyond ANY apartment living that I have ever known. They also do amazing decorations in the ...clubhouse for all major holidays, which I love! So festive, beautiful, and fun!!! Nobody does it as good as this place!!!Property Manager Responded

October 12, 2024I love living here. I love the activities planned for the neighbors to get together. The ONLY complaints I can think of are not addressed parking spots. It’s HIGHLY inconvenient to have a newborn and have to walk forever bc we don’t have numbered spots. Guests park where ever prohibiting us that live here to park close to our homes.Property Manager Responded
