October 15, 2024When I first moved in, I was disappointed by the lack of upkeep of my apartment and the overall building. Since then, I have communicated with the office staff, and things have turned around completely. They have swept and fumigated the hallways and surrounding outdoor areas. They have fumigated my apartment and replaced my washer/dryer as soon as I put in the maintenance requests. The office staff are also very kind and work with you to solve any concerns. October 1, 2024It's pretty good living here for the most part, however the corridors/stairways are pretty dirty and not kept up well for bugs. There also tends to be a good bit of dog poo not picked up in the landscape.Property Manager Responded
