    The apartments are nice and well taken care of, we’ve had no issues with mold or bugs. It offer great add ons but most of the time they are not met to the posted standard.

    The staff are very helpful and nice! The apartments themselves are very nice and the best prices I could find. The community is great and very pet friendly. The pluses in the community here include the pool, gym, pet spa, et park, sidewalks everywhere, and pet waste stations everywhere too!

    When I first moved in, I was disappointed by the lack of upkeep of my apartment and the overall building. Since then, I have communicated with the office staff, and things have turned around completely. They have swept and fumigated the hallways and surrounding outdoor areas. They have fumigated my apartment and replaced my washer/dryer as soon as I put in the maintenance requests. The office staff are also very kind and work with you to solve any concerns.     It's pretty good living here for the most part, however the corridors/stairways are pretty dirty and not kept up well for bugs. There also tends to be a good bit of dog poo not picked up in the landscape.
