They may look nice at first glance, but these apartments are just cheap! It’s very easy to see that these apartments were built as quick as possible. The paint jobs are horrible. The tiling of the showers is horrible. The office staff although nice in the beginning eventually just ignores you once you become a problem resident and by problem I mean, expecting certain things done for instance inquiring why the hallway lighting of the building has been out for two months. It’s pitch black in the ...
hallways outside of your apartment. It’s not very safe and it’s been that way for two months or the handrails walking up the steps to the front of the building are infested with spiders and I’m not talking one or two spiders probably 50 at least -maintenance request ignored to address that. The fact that you can literally hear your upstairs neighbor open a dresser drawer is absolutely horrible.! There is nothing worse than being woke up every day on your upstairs neighbors time you can hear every footstep!! so if you’re looking for peace and quiet, the third floor would be your only option however for the amount of money they charge for the third floor just go somewhere else. I truly regret moving here and signing the lease that I signed because unfortunately, I am stuck here.

I wish the pool wasn’t so cold sometimes but aside from that, they are great! The office is very helpful when you need them, the pet spa is very useful, neighbors are friendly and it’s in a great location!

This is overall not a good place to live and I do not recommend it. The quality of the apartment is very poor. The paint job in the bathrooms is horrid, especially in the shower, and looks rushed and unprofessional.
The bathroom issues don’t stop there, countertops are installed the wrong way, with the sharp edge facing outward, which is careless and a safety hazard.
The internet is a constant problem and will cause issues at least once a day. If you plan on living on the first or second floor, ...
this place is absolutely not for you. You can hear everything the people above you do, even something as small as a pen dropping. Complaints are ignored and nothing gets fixed.
The environment is also gross. Neighbors let their trash bags bust open, leaving trash juice all over the floors. On top of that, the neighbors are not friendly at all, which just adds to the uncomfortable living environment.
Between the poor construction, constant noise, ignored complaints, internet problems, unsanitary conditions, and unfriendly neighbors, this is not a good place to live. If you are looking for peace with your family this is the spot to NOT move in to.
