This place is nice, expensive but nice. I love all the upgraded appliances, and upgraded look to the place. It’s a quiet place for the most part sometimes you can hear the highway but not all the time. Parking is a big pain at night though.

Calm quiet community, reasonably located by schools, grocery stores and shopping outlets. used to be concerned about the traffic, but there’s so many different little shortcuts that I’ve learned since being here that make it easy to move around the apartments are spacious, luxurious, and stylish. and maintenance is always there for you with a smile. Leasing office is very open informative and welcoming. Love it here and I’m glad I made the decision to come here.

Still No pool after 6 months of living here. They charge you $50 convenience fee to pay rent online. Walls are so thin you can hear each others garbage disposals. The children play in the dog park. No mail key. There’s a mail room but we’re not allowed to use it, have to pick up mail in leasing office only during business hours. But it’s close to Homegoods! Parking lot is always full good luck parking anywhere near your apartment. Humidity in the apartment is terrible, your things will get moldy. ...
This place could do better.

I’ve had no issues so far and genuinely enjoy living here. The location is fantastic. Being right next to the theater adds the occasional noise that can be a downside, but it’s not too bad overall. A great place to live!
