November 10, 2024AVOID POINTE GRANDE VILLAS Brand new buildings and things just... fall apart? Leaks? Incomplete fixtures? The internet is absolutely, wonderfully, HORRENDOUS. WHY IS IT ALWAYS DOWN? You're charged a technology fee, which is basically internet, that works about 68.79% of the time. Velofi, their internal system, is horrible. Great customer service on the phone, but never really fix anything. Remember when their gym was open, during summer, with no AC? Wish I knew then, what I know now. September 24, 2024The villas is gorgeous! The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. I love it here! Highly recommend if you are looking for a spacious home and want to live in a quiet neighborhood. They sometimes have events happening by the office or the pool area as well! Last year they held a movie by the pool! ??Property Manager Responded
